Continuing Education Classes
The Kellogg Agency is a New Mexico Real Estate Commission accredited real estate school. We offer a variety of continuing education (CE) classes for all agents. Class topics include: property management trust accounts; NM Owner-Resident Relations Act; evictions; security deposits; policies and procedures; and much more.

Referrals
Let us say thank you for connecting us with owners and tenants.
The Kellogg Agency is happy to pay referrals for connecting us with Owners and Tenants. A referral fee will be paid to your QB when you bring us a client who signs a management agreement or a lease. (Some properties may not offer referral fees, please call our office for details.)
To qualify for a Tenant/Lease referral:
- Agent must show the house to the applicants. (Call our office for details.)
- Applicant must list Agent's name on the application.
- Agent must fill out a referral form (below) PRIOR to applicant submitting application.
To qualify for a Management referral:
- Owner must list Agent's name on the Management Agreement. (At this time, we do not pay referrals for Tenant Finder Services.)
- Agent must submit referral form (below) PRIOR to Owner contacting Kellogg Agency.
