Family
The Kellogg Agency is a family owned and operated company located in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. We are a very close-knit and supportive family. Our kids were little when we started the company. Now they are all grown. We have hobbies like gardening, camping, volleyball, photography, 4-wheeling, and scrapbooking…and we all enjoy a good book!
Community
The Kellogg family has lived in Rio Rancho for over 40 years and has a long history of community involvement and political leadership – from serving on the Rio Rancho City Council to attending parades! We provide our clients with the most current news and events affecting Rio Rancho and the surrounding area. And if we don’t know the answer to your questions – we definitely know who to ask!
Company
The Kellogg Agency was started in May 2003. We utilize technology to increase efficiency and keep costs low. Our staff works closely as a team providing superior service. Our property managers are all members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and abide by NARPM’s ethics and standards of professionalism.
We also provide complete real estate services including listing services, buyer’s services, and 1031 tax deferred exchange.

We believe in providing superior service with a personal touch. That means being responsive to a client’s needs, being honest – no matter what, and being the best source of information. Our goal is to provide the same quality of service to every Owner – whether we manage one – or many – of your properties.
Education
Education is one of our core values. Besides keeping up with required continuing education courses for our real estate licenses, we also take classes to improve our company and our services. The National Association of Residential Property Managers offers many classes and has certification programs. Courtney and Jennifer are both NARPM® certified Residential Management Professionals®. Jennifer is also a NARPM certified Master Property Manager®.
National Association of Residential Property Managers
The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) is a non-profit organization founded in 1988. NARPM® is an association of real estate professionals who know first-hand the unique challenges of managing single family and small multi-family residential properties. NARPM® offers education, ethics training, accounting training, networking, industry information, and more for owners and employees of management companies.

Jennifer graduated from Pomona College with a BA in Government/Public Policy Analysis and from Boston College with an MA in Sociology. When Jennifer isn’t working she enjoys reading sci-fi and paper crafting. Jennifer works remotely from Boston, MA.

Audra Dodson
Associate Broker Sales
Audra, an Ohio transplant, has grown up in Rio Rancho/Albuquerque. She has seen many changes in our community since 1973.
Audra enjoys working with seniors and their families who are transitioning to their next chapter of life – a smaller home, multi-generational living, selling for a move to assisted living or investing for the move to assisted living. Audra has experienced these situations with her family, and shares her personal situations with clients.
Audra has been a member of the Rotary Club of Rio Rancho since 2006 and works with the Dick Hillier Tutoring Program to help local elementary students learn to read.
Audra enjoys playing video games with her boys, although Minecraft is still quite a challenge for her. Audra volunteers for the Special Olympics.
